Tuition, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Every prospective student is entitled to one live 1-on-1 evaluation session completely free of charge. No payment card, financial commitment, or deposit is required to experience our halaqah teaching methods.

Tuition covers dedicated one-on-one scholar instruction, daily Tajweed evaluations, curriculum materials, and administrative coordination:

• Currencies Supported: USD ($), GBP (£), EUR (€), SAR (﷼), and BDT (৳).
• Class Frequencies: 3 Days / Week (Standard Foundation) and 5 Days / Week (Accelerated Immersion).
• Sibling Discount: Families enrolling two or more children automatically receive a 15% tuition reduction across all enrolled siblings.
• Payment Due Date: Tuition is billed monthly in advance prior to the start of each month's learning cycle.

We recognize that family schedules fluctuate. You may cancel or pause your studies under the following guidelines:

• During the First 14 Days: 100% full refund upon written notice.
• After 14 Days: If a family must discontinue mid-month, you may request a pro-rated tuition credit for the remaining untaken classes, or request a refund for the remaining unused classes minus a nominal 10% processing fee.
• Temporary Pausing: Families may pause classes for up to 30 days during travel, vacations, or examinations by giving 7 days written notice. Tuition credits remain valid for 12 months.

To maintain scheduling fairness for both scholars and families:

• If the student provides at least 12 hours advance notice, one make-up class per calendar month is provided.
• Classes missed without notice are non-refundable and do not qualify for make-up sessions.
• If an instructor is absent for any reason, the class is fully compensated with an immediate make-up session or substitute scholar.

Approved refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 hours and typically reflect on your bank or card statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
